Reach out to us directly through the platform you ordered from (TikTok Shop or our site) with your order number and a photo if possible. We want to make it right — the fastest way to get a resolution is contacting us directly rather than just leaving a review, since we can't always respond to reviews individually.
How sour are your sour mixes?
Sourness varies a bit by flavor and batch, since we use real sour coatings and crystals rather than artificial sour flavoring. Some customers who love extreme sour candy find our mixes milder than expected — if you want maximum sourness, go with our Sour or Sourblue mixes specifically rather than Sweet & Sour, which is designed to balance both.
Is your candy fresh, or does it sit in a warehouse?
We keep inventory moving and package mixes to order rather than letting bags sit for months. Freshness and soft texture are something we hear about constantly in reviews — if a bag ever feels off, that's not the norm and we want to know.
Do all the mixes taste different, or is it the same candy repackaged?
Each mix is built to its own flavor identity — we don't just reshuffle the same candy into different bags.
