Sourness varies a bit by flavor and batch, since we use real sour coatings and crystals rather than artificial sour flavoring. Some customers who love extreme sour candy find our mixes milder than expected — if you want maximum sourness, go with our Sour or Sourblue mixes specifically rather than Sweet & Sour, which is designed to balance both.
